A comprehensive internal travel operations platform built to automate the entire travel sales pipeline — from ingesting supplier contracts through intelligent search, dynamic pricing, proposal generation, and financial reporting.

At its core, the portal uses the Claude AI API to extract structured data from complex PDF contracts (rate sheets, seasonal pricing, tax rules, child policies) with near-perfect accuracy, replacing a previously manual and error-prone process. This extracted data is normalized into a central pricing engine that handles multi-layered calculations: accommodation rates, meal supplements, child pricing by age bracket, transfer costs, service charges, GST compounding, green tax, and promotional discounts — all configurable per contract.

The AI-assisted search layer matches client requirements against live contract data, ranks properties, attaches tactical offers, and generates client-ready proposals as branded PDFs in minutes. A full finance module handles proforma invoices, tax invoices, supplier invoices, credit notes, and GST/P&L reporting across multiple office locations.

The system also includes an AI-powered conversational assistant embedded in the platform that allows staff to query rates, compare properties, and generate proposals through natural language chat, wrapping all existing business logic as tool calls.
